We continue to develop our careers education and employability programmes in WCHS in order to strive to provide our young people with the most effective preparation for the world of work.

 

We have developed a new strategy which has resulted in the re-branding of this programme to what we now refer to as Your Future. This new strategy will aim to provide every young person in WCHS with a range of opportunities which will allow them to develop the skills and qualities which are key to success in an ever-evolving job market through relevant and appropriate experiences both in and out of school.

Through our Your Future Pledge, we demonstrate our commitment to providing these opportunities to ensure that all young people achieve an appropriate positive destination which reflects their ambition.

 

The Your Future space on WCHSEDx is designed to provide young people, parents and carers with appropriate information and guidance to support effective decision making throughout their future career journey.
